What a stroke of luck, a true relief to have found this company, I was struggling to find a way to collect myself (impossible) a 13 weeks old pup 300 miles away, from the moment I spoke to Donna and confirmed back via email and text the cost and delivery times, it was amazing - Donna is friendly and personal to deal with (when you worry to bits about collecting an unseen pup from strangers, paying in advance for the pup and further commiting it to an equally un-tested transporter etc..) I requested prior to settling the pup balance online - Ian from Pet Transport to check-out the pup for anything possibly wierd, send us photos of the pup to be certain it was the one we chose, copy of the sales receipt..when all checked fine, then he could start his journey to us...from that moment we felt we did not need to worry anymore, Donna liased so perfectly the ETA of the pup. Our Pup was delivered on-time, in such a warm manner... I could go on writing...Only to share my enthusiasm at having found such a great professional and caring pet transport, I strongly recommend their service and I for one will not hesitate to use them again.
